The Australia Patent Office (IP Australia) has granted a patent (Patent No. 2019240685) for the Uniseg Container. The Certificate of Grant, titled ‘A Container’, was issued on the 27th February 2020 and is valid until 5 November 2035.
The South African Patent Office has also issued an acceptance notice for Uniseg’s Patent Application No 2017/02736. A Certificate of Grant will be issued shortly.
The main feature of the patent’s claims are the unique front and top load feature, which enable the ergonomic, safe loading of heavy items, such as batteries.
